Collaboration with Recognized Local International Exchange Associations more information
By working together with the Recognized Local International Exchange Associations of prefectures and designated cities across Japan, CLAIR collects useful information related to local internationalization and makes it available on its website. CLAIR also implements training programs, both in Japan and abroad, for the employees of Recognized Local International Exchange Associations.

Supporting Pioneering Projects for Local Internationalization
CLAIR has established a system to provide grants for pioneering projects that contribute to local-level internationalization. Grants are provided for the activities of recognized local International Exchange Associations, as well as the highly anticipated private International Exchange Groups that have been recently established in municipalities.
