Human Resources, Salaries and Benefits
The General Affairs Division is in charge of the recruitment, appointment and transfer of staff, as well as administrative work such as salaries, pensions and health insurance.
Budget and Accounting
The General Affairs Division handles accounting duties, including the budget and the settlement of accounts.
Coordination with Branch Offices and Institutions concerned
The General Affairs Division is in charge of liaising with the 64 branch offices and institutions involved with CLAIR, such as the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications among others.
Holding of Board Meetings
The General Affairs Division organizes high-level meetings, such as those for the Board of Directors and the Board of Councilors, where issues of importance to CLAIR are addressed.
