 CLAIR contributes to the development of local government personnel’s skills deemed necessary to promote internationalization in Japan. CLAIR’s system of dispatching staff to its overseas offices after a one year term at the Headquarters in Tokyo, provides local government employees with excellent opportunities to gain concrete experience with international exchange projects as well as to experience living and working overseas. |
