In 1906, a Sister city relationship was established.
In 1999, Sister city project was signed by mayor of the two towns. One in it is ski instructor exchange.

Ski instructors (and ski resort staffs) are accepted by turns in Kutchan and St.Moritz. St.Moritz Ski instructor opens a skiing class in Kutchan.

A travel abroad expense of dispatch person heavy, So budget for this program is difficult. And it is difficult for us to look for ski instructor in Kutchan.
- Results and Future Prospects:

It is useful to improvement in skiing technology and hospitality. And this program is making good friendship between the two cities. To continue on this program in the future, in order to we learn at the resort of world leading.
