We have been accepting promising young people from Hubei Province, potential community leaders of the future, who will eventually contribute to the development of P. R. China. Through these exchanges, Fukushima Prefecture aims to help them acquire skills and techniques, thereby providing fruitful results in the fields of mutual understanding and deepening friendships through these exchange.
