- Program Objective:

To have high school students who will in the future uphold Asian agriculture, study at Agricultural high schools in this prefecture, and thus aid the agricultural development of regions in Asia. Also since they are in the same classroom as students of this prefecture, with the deepening of mutual understanding we hope to promote good relations between Gunma and other Asian countries.

- (Local Authoritires International Cooperation Promotion Project "Modek Project")
- The project is aimed towards promoting collaborative research between Khon Kaen College of Agriculture and Technology and those students who have returned to their home countru, following their study in Gunma, and to establish a pilot farm.

- Maintenance of the test form on the grounds of Khon Kaen College of Agriculture and Technology, and cultivation of crops.
