We have accepted engineers from Shenyang (Friendship city) since 1997 to contribute to the improvement of environmental technology in Shenyang.
By utilizing cutting-edge environmental technologies in Kawasaki, training programs at administration office and companies have been planned.

We have hosted 16 trainees since 1997. Everyone learned eagerly and there are many who promoted and changed their employment after leaving Kawasaki. 2 trainees are to be hosted from the end of this September, too.
- Problems:

We have successfully observed the geese's migration from Ekarma Island to Japan. Continued research is neccessary, because we have not yet observed their migration back to Ekarma Island.
