This program, through sending insightful, experienced middle-aged Senior Volunteers to each northeast Asian region for the purpose of Japanese language education, technical training, etc. has strived to accomplish the following since 2002:

Providing middle-aged people with life-long learning and worthwhile opportunities. |
Dispatch locations are based on places that have friendly relations agreements, etc. with Toyama Prefecture. To date, exchange and cooperation has accumulated in a variety of fields in the following regions: Liaoning Province & Lunnan Province, China; Tuv Aimag, Mongolia; Kangwon-do Province, Korea; Primorsky Territory, Russia.

The program is conducted in a place with differing language, habits, and environments. In addition to focusing on language training of the dispatch region, cooperation from friendly relations municipalities was also gained.
- Accomplishments and Vision:

This program, in addition to contributing to the development of human resources and receiving the gratitude of the dispatched region, provides middle-aged people with life-long learning and worthwhile opportunities.
It is planned that in 2004, we will expand activities into Lunnan Province, China and Primorsky Territory, Russia.

Attaining a standard, certain level of language ability of the dispatched region.
