Motive for the start of project:
Educating professionals from developing countries who will contribute to their country's economic development, as well as promoting Ishikawa and improving friendly international relations through exchange with local citizens.

Difficulties encountered and Solutions:
(Results)
  1. About 370 people have undertaken training in various fields such as medicine, agriculture, education, and information, and made use of their training on returning to their countries.
  2. The training has also been useful in deepening international understanding and friendship in learning about Ishikawa's culture and lifestyle during the 7 months of training in prefectural organizations and private businesses.
