Give trainees from developing countries the opportunity to acquire technical skills in Japan's land readjustment projects city planning.
- History:

The first JICA overseas trainees were welcomed in fiscal year 1995 and every year since then, several training courses have taken place. In 2004 a course entitled "Practical Skills in Land Readjustment focusing on Urban Development in Thailand" was initiated. This epochal one month training course aims to nurture trainees with practical skills in land readjustment.
