- Project Problems & Solutions:
- Method of distributing funds when faced with a large number of requests for assistance and the total corresponding subsidies would exceed the planned budget.
- - Provide assistance to all applicants by proportionally dividing (reducing) the amount each applicant receives so that total subsidies do not exceed the budget.
- - Hold a review committee to assess the necessity of project(s) in need of subsidization.
- Results & Project Comments:
-
Because the number of groups/organizations carrying out new projects has increased, it appears that the base level of international cooperation projects by NGO/NPOs has grown larger.
- Tasks:
-
Due to the fact that we are now relying on prefectural citizens and industries/businesses for financial resources and because Aichi is feeling the effects of the financial downturn, we do not know how long we can continue to secure financial resources (for projects).
