Tuv Aimag is responsible:
- To organize the people, such as specialists from a well-building company, that are necessary for the construction
- To build a protective structure around the well and to establish a management system among the well-users

- To prevent the well from freezing during the winter, the protective structure will be made so that water can be drained.
- Results and Future Prospects:
- Tuv Aimag will repair the prefecture's wells itself; the repaired wells will assure drinking water and water for livestock; the irrigation system will be improved, which will further develop agriculture in Tuv Aimag
