Motive for the start of project:
2003 marks the nine year of formal cordial affiliation with Kangwon Province, this is a project for cultural exchange aiming at a new future for the children's environmental.
Outline and Progress of Project:
Elementary Students from Tottori and Kangwon exchange ideas and information on environmental conservation and work together in environmental learning activities.
