Register and Update Your Contact Information |
Has your work or home address changed since your training ended and you returned home? Is so, please report your new contact information to CLAIR by either of the following methods.
::Online Registration and Updating
Simply fill out the necessary fields on this website's online registration form and click the "REGISTER" button. You may receive notification that registration was NOT successful because of such problems as insufficient information or problems relating to the inputting of Japanese characters. In such cases, please follow the instructions below for registration via fax.
::Registration and Updating via Fax
Simply download and print out the PDF file containing the form. Then fill out the relevant areas of the form and fax it to the Cooperation Division at CLAIR.
